Yes and an easy yes at that.

I can respect a no vote if you have valid reasons for it and not some of the * I've been hearing. It would be hypocritical not to with all the talk about democracy over the past few weeks.

Postal vote. My permanent home address is in Scotland and I'm home frequently.

I heard that Orangemen have been rioting at George Square. My first thought was: they won, why can they never just enjoy a win?

Its in their triumphalist nature. If they lose they slink away and hide but when they win they want to stick to those they fell are inferior.

Fair enough they should enjoy a win as much as we all do, but it's the fact that they can't just be happy with the win but they have to cause trouble and hassle others that bugs me.

I voted yes and an easy one at that. I felt it was the best choice for Scotland as a whole and not just for myself. Those who voted no did so out of pure selfishness. Living in Aberdeen I had a feeling it would of ended as a no vote up here, just full of * with so much money due to the oil and they felt at risk of loosing a small amount of this, despite the fact there is hundreds of thousands in Scotland relying on food banks just to feed themselves and it's only going to get worse. * sickens me.

Yeah true. You'd think that * would be getting old though, some (if not most) could be doing with growing up a bit. Dressing up in funny costumes looks quite ridiculous on grown men.

Was not eligible however had i been able to i would have voted yes, been on a bit of a downer all day over this, cant get my head around the fact that we had what may turn out to be the last chance to do something amazing and stand on our own two feet, for better or worse, and finally become the nation we all sing about and dream off and we threw it away. really really cant understand why someone would vote no to having our own country that is led by our own countrymen. Baffling.

However i hold no grudges towards people that voted no, they are entitled to vote as they wish.
Ok maybe i do hold a grudge against the bigotted * that brought shame to my country last night.

Didn't have a vote. Would have been a Yes. The line that really got me riled up was the Bitter together "Your family and friends in England would be foreigners" line. My wife's spanish, so are my kids, were they telling me I don't love or cherish them as much as they do theirs because they don't have a British * passport? Almost punched the screen when I read that one.

No voters don't have internet and heed tabloid news.

Anyone aligning themselves with that need their * head checked.

Also the postal vote was big and I cannot see how that could have been protected from rigging. I dont think the result rings true.

You mean 3 citizens of the UK....oh wait, you all are!
I used to think that we had the moral high ground over them because they were clearly bigots as they hated people based purely on their religion, which i personally find abhorrent, even as an atheist, but you have just shown that i was wrong all along.
There is absolutely no difference in hatred based on political views as opposed to religious views, and you have highlighted that perfectly.

I thought we were better than them for that reason more than any other....you have just proved me wrong.
You are a bitter bigot and no better than those who hate because of religion.
True Scots? You are joking arent you?

There are many true Scots in here, very many......and i genuinely feel some kind of empathy with them, even though i voted NO, but we all had our reasons......but the amount of people in here who are slagging Scotland off, belittling Scotland, accusing Scots of being cowards among many other insults......purely because they didnt get the union broken up, makes me sick.

Anyone who comes out with those sort of comments isnt interested in Scotland being a better place, isnt interested in Scotlands welfare (as they all bullshittingly claim), they are only interested in breaking up the UK....breaking up Britain. It would make remaining here less of a personal dilemma........and for many, thats what it is all about.

I wouldnt mind that in itself......id even understand it, but what makes me sick is the amount of people slagging Scotland off but not having the balls to admit the reason. At least be honest.
