    I don't like slagging players but his performances in europe last year were trully shocking. I remember being at the Braga home game and saw him being skinned time after time. Should have been sent off and given away a penalty in front of me but bizarrely and very rarely for us the ref waved play on, but I remeber thinking, you are shocking!!!!!

    Hopefully he'll be out the door too. Lennon is obviously not a fan so he won't get much game time.

    If we get a fee, great. If not, at least we won't have to pay him to sit in the stands.

    Celtic defender Jos Hooiveld is poised to secure a deadline day switch to the English Championship.

    STV has learned that the Dutchman is travelling to Southampton to complete a medical and agree a loan move until January.

    Hooiveld has not been in manager Neil Lennon's plans at Celtic and had been looking for a move to secure regular first team football. The 28-year-old had been linked with a move to Crystal Palace but he will now be moving St Mary's Stadium.

    Hooiveld joined Celtic from AIK in January 2010 but injury disrupted his early time at the club. He failed to convince Neil Lennon of his merits and spent the latter half of the 2010-11 season on loan at FC Copenhagen.
