Starfelt slides in doesn't get the ball and there is contact. I dont think the hun purposely stands on him therefore impedes him.

 

So if a defender goes to ground and an attacker chips the ball over him then runs into the defender while still on the ground and instigates the contact..its not a penalty? Its a penalty all day long..

For me me anyway the fact is Starfelt went to ground made no contact with ball and the hun makes contact.. penalty..

I don't care if it happens in Thailand it's still no a penalty if a guy stands on a defenders foot then falls. There's contact because the hun stands on Starfelt's foot.
