Willie Collum could blow this bias apart.

Would a Tier System Work? If something could be implemented?

Regarding the absolute shocking decisions over the years with these Referees, would a tier system work in regards to giving other Refs in leagues be able to be in command of Games in the top league?

Each Referee would be monitored during every game including Var Refs,4th Officials etc.....The whole lot of them...and given points.

These points that would be given would be based on communication, mistakes made,Failings within the current game, again including VAR decisions et all

If a Referee is marked at a certain point level....They should either be automatically demoted or promoted within the leagues.

There seems to be never any action taken on Refs that constantly * up and get away with it without any sort of action.

I honestly couldnt tell you....If it does, why do you see the same referees take control basically of the same the games every week?

Why have i never seen Dallas take control of a * Albion Rvers match?

I don't blame him for giving the handball to Hearts originally, but seemingly missing our handball shout, which was blatantly more obvious, is a shocking bit of refereeing, var was good today at least.

    Think it was Alan muir.

That ref today is absolutely abysmal, shouldn’t be anywhere near this level but another one fast tracked through because a shortage of decent officials.

You would need full time refs, I still remember for a few games 05/06 or 06/07 they went on strike we got a bunch of foreign refs in and was outstanding!

At full speed, I can see why the ref "gave it" to begin with. After the replay, it clearly hits his shoulder/tshirt line. Any further across and it would have been a penalty. Var ws correct.

Then the actual penalty.. can only say the refs angle didn't allow him to see how blatant it was. Var then was correct again.

    * me... var never had a shocker. The collum effect.

Agreed. That and I'm sure the new proximity thing has also come into it. Whereas the one we got was correctly awarded by Var, after that * failed to award it.

Ref was terrible, penalties aside, one of them you were thinking "*" every 5 minutes.

Tbh mate, I initially said penalty as i don’t know the upto date rules regarding close proximity. I know a year or two back it would have been a stone waller.

A professional referee doesn’t have that excuse.
