'Honest' mistakes 24/25

The thing that stood out to me was in real time watching it I thought he’s definitely on, when they showed the VAR I think the frame they use is actually too early, literally a split second later Kuhn is well on side because he is bending his run whilst the defender is dropping in. I was surprised to see it again and the defender be shown closer to the half line than what I had thought.

Even the lines down don’t like right anyway.

 

Worst one yesterday was the pen shout it was clear as day souttar hand stopped the ball that was clearly gonna hit the net then their player wiped out ours in the box seconds later …. To be fair if any of them were given we would t have seen the McGregor strike which was moments later

I thought Beaton had a brilliant performance yesterday, stopped play when we were breaking; man marked our central midfielders better than any of the Huns. All in all a great performance by that Hun Beaton that is difficult to highlight as a major mistake.

 

Take away the the lines and shade they purposely put on it btw so you can’t se the grass line which is showing the rangers player Playing him on

Eff me. That's really dodgy

 

I spotted the lines on Sportscene showing he was on, if that was the other way it would've been front page news demanding the game gets played again

 

Definitely onside

 

If you bet on Kyogo being the first goal scorer, you could actually have a case against Dallas (and maybe the SFA) for fraud / match fixing with the evidence there. And yeah if that was rangers, they'd write to the SFA, the press would be going mental and they'd demand a replay

 

The "Behind the Whistle" podcast also agree with what's being said here. That it is inconclusive and also that the line from Rangers defender is at an angle.

 

Even though sevco lost by 3 clear goals, they'd still refuse a replay. Wouldn't want to be beat by 6

Cheating *….

This isn’t the game it was going to have any impact in… but the cheating VAR lodgers didn’t know that at that point. They couldn’t rule out 4 with zero reply…

…. but if Sevco were to get their act together a bit and we had an off-day at Hambrox.. then a decision like that with thinner margins could easily make the difference between a draw/loss or a win/draw…

… and wait for the hun penalty allocation to kick in.
