Sly as * from VAR yesterday delaying the penalty pointlessly. Where else do you see that happening? O'Riley scores that if he takes it straight away, you could see how much the wait got to him.

 

Hope we have contacted looking for an explanation behind the very odd moment when the ref was asked to go look at the penalty. Never seen anything like that before. Was as stonewall as they come and VAR is supposedly only to get involved if the ref made a massive error in his original decision.

Remember the pishy young winger they have diving away to Livi? Ref gave the pen and VAR didn’t ask him to look as wasn’t necessarily an error as it looked like one in real time.

Wasn’t a bad game by the ref himself though, wasn’t great either mind. Did let them away with murder in the first half though, mind how many cards we picked up first half at Ibrox? We also get carded for first fouls by players in these games. He bought their antics throwing themselves to the deck for FKs last 10/15 too. They are always at that against us.

Miller was a disgrace over the red card; but that one about Collum, I actually thought was hilarious. It made me laugh, anyway. Collum genuinely is quite a strange person IMO. I don't mean that as an insult as I'm weird myself; but he is an odd person for sure.

 

He got it right in the end. I think a lot of refs know they have the comfort of VAR so are wary of making certain calls in games. He could have stuck to his original decision, then it would have been wrong. He maybe hasn’t seen how high the contact was or Lundstram’s studs up. It happened very quickly.

 

And he didn’t. Therefore it was the correct call, as I said.

There has been a lot of decisions I cannot believe the referee has either changed or stuck when going to the monitor. The handball at Tynecastle for one. Literally everyone on the planet apart from Beaton and VAR knew that wasn’t a penalty. Still got given though.

I said that during the game, but nowhere highlighted it or showed it again. That was an intentional elbow and a red card.

Diamonde had three challenges plus that elbow all within the first 20 minutes or so. He should have been off the park early in the game.

 

Thought that at the time too but nothing else said about it until today, aye hes at it all the time any other team he would be off more than he plays

That’s a red. VAR should be picking that up.

 

Diamonde worked his ticket the whole game, constantly having pops at gollum when we got free kicks etc aswell. *.

You should read the huns comments they genuinly believe they are hard done by. Yet we have all the stats to show they are a massive outlier in positive decisions that help them win. Actual true figures. We are near the bottom on it all but somehow they are hard done by?
