Hoilet lunged in from a long way back. He was never in possession or control of the ball.

He was on his knee and going down before any contact was made. The contact wasn't the reason he went down.

He was shoved. It's also a foul defenders often get.

He’s jumped right through the back of AJ it’s a free kick every time and only being debated as the pen claim 5 seconds after. Had there been no pen claim and it was just giving us a foul to Celtic it would have never been mentioned again.

Don't see any controversy in that incident at all. Was clear the ref signalled a free kick straight away, and it was the right decision looking at the replays. Few folk in the pub were freaking out thinking he's pointed to the spot and I was telling them to chill out it's a free kick to us.

Just a case of getting a fright because his arm went towards the direction of the penalty spot but it never was given as a pen.

We got out of jail yesterday, no doubt. It didn't look a free kick on Johnston and CCV caught Hoilett, regardless of Hoilett was looking for it.

If any fans see it a different way, they are completely deluded. Another example of incompetent refereeing.

If you and I go up for a header and I just go through the back of you without getting close to the ball it is a free kick. Hope that clears it up for you.

It’s also the fact AJ is left in a heap while they still attack, ref should of blown straight away but as usual Don Robertson being * clueless. They should of had countless yellows yesterday but got away with murder all game.

So you are allowed to just wipe a player out in the air when they are not getting even close to the ball? You see constant free kicks for that exact same thing at corners every game.

Duk and Miovski should have been booked for diving. There was quite a few dives. The ref was not conned by them, but took no action.

Miovski's tackle in the first half on Scales was very bad. If Scales didn't leap to his feet it would have been at least a yellow.

Hoilett does in fact get close to it. He doesn't get to though, and wipes out AJ. Only surprising thing is they actually gave us the correct decision. Even if they gave a pen for Hoilett getting in way of the kick, it should have been binned as the foul on AJ in the lead up to it.

Hoilett doesn’t get a touch on the ball so he isn’t in control of it. I think that’s the reason it’s not a penalty. Similar to when Lagerbielke was fouled by Dessers at Ibrox. I do think CCV was fortunate, as I do with Lagerbielke, but that’s the rules.

This forum would be apoplectic if we were on the wrong end of those 2 pen decisions . The one with CCV the AJ foul is the reason it's not given which is fair. The Scales one I would have expected to be given especially against us .

He does get to the ball and in fact nudges it a yard in front of him . It's a pen IF AJ doesn't get fouled. But he does so correct decision for me.

Even if Scales was in the box it shouldn't be a penalty. It is about 2 foot from his hand, a hand that is in a natural position when Miovski flicks it up into it. Would we all be raging about this on the otherside, probably. We'd be wrong to be though.

He didn't signal a free kick straight away . After the AJ incident the ball goes out wide again , is then crossed into the box again , the ball is challenged for twice and the penalty claim comes with Cameron challenging Hoillet. After the AJ challenge the ref watches the play continue for a good 6 or 7 seconds as they recycle the ball into the box and only blows his whistle after the CCV incident . I have no idea why he didn't blow the whistle after AJ was fouled .

We don’t even know if the Scales one was in the box or not

Both were fouls. He let the AJ one go but instantly blew for the foul on CCV. Clear as day.

No he doesn’t. The contact from CCV is made before the ball gets touched. His foot then moves the ball after the contact from CCV. So he isn’t in control of the ball.
