He’s got quite a lot of songs I like, but they are hits and he releases a * tonne of music. Nothing on the level of Kendrick, quality over quantity.

I’m also extremely biased

 

I prefer my rap to be rap, auto tune and singing etc doesn’t do it for me, though Kendrick has admittedly ventured into these areas before. But he’s a true rapper first and foremost.

Aubrey’s just a culture vulture, the video of
him having dinner with the posh kids and calling slang ignorant says it all.

 

Whats some good Kendrick tunes then I don't even know. I appreciate hes a good lyricist definitely

Dunno if any of yous watch Anthony Fantano, he reviews and reacts to music. Tbf he’s a big Kendrick fan so it’s also biased, but he doesn’t hate Drake.

He has a good breakdown of the new Drake one. The claims that Kendrick was abused are based off * all, Mother I Sober is about dealing with generational trauma, his Mother being abused and not believing it didn’t happen to Kendrick.

Thick as * Aubrey. I think Kendrick will put him down next drop.

 

Yea man i can get jiggy. He's good and has dynamic flow, food for thought. I'm still a fiend for certain ways of putting words together, which is lost on modern emcee's though. Its what put you on is important. Hopefully Kendrick and the likes are enough to inspire generations like the previous ones in hiphop.

Listening to the songs again, Kendrick said this in “Euphoria”, which obviously came before “Family Matters” and “The Heart Part 6”.

Literally what he did and he even mentioned Mr Morale, hahahaha.

 

I can imagine to drake, he must seem like an actual demon, especially with that voice and the fact hes going at him so psychological. Like hes sat on my shoulder spitting in my ear ''sit down *, be humble'' thats what its like basically

I reckon something big will happen even if this wasn’t linked to the beef. As I said before Kendrick is properly linked to the streets the way Drake wishes and tries to act like he is. Watch the Vice Noisey special with Kendrick if you haven’t, unreal.

I never liked Drake and I don't really like Kendrick either, up to this song I preferred the two Drake songs was it but this song is the best so far.

 

It’s catchy and that but “meet the grahams” is the best song in terms of the battle. Can’t stop listening to it.
