Yes very chilled out, Lewis Parker is proper home grown talent. Been around for a while and i would say is well known for natural sounding basslines and some good samples. Wow I didn't realise you got hassle for your music posts. Only thing I can think of is if the lyrics are abusive which I don't like. I think people can be hard and retain their masculinity without having to rap about beating up * etc.

Maybe that's not what you mean. I don't mind rappers expressing any other thing as long as it's personal and sincere.

I love how rap music developed from blues, I know there was a list of styles inbetween but it's basically Delta Blues.

When Jimi first appeared on the scene in London and asked to play with Cream, he totally destroyed Clapton's confidence because Eric had a Phd in Blues and he was wanting to cover Howling Wolf but couldn't imagine how then this * dervish appeared playing the exact same song using electricity as if he was connected to it like thunder

that does bother me about it which is why i always tried to ignore the lyrics when they talk about * etc. not like it brings me hassle but always has me second guessing myself. i think the music im into has evolved in a few years though and for the better. i think you can appreciate different aspects of music and ignore certain other parts.
