    This would be very bad news for Celtic if Hinckel leaves. After Caldwell he was our best defender last season. I really hope this is not true.

    I rate Hinkel as a right back, he just needs to make more runs down the wing. Some games he'll make the runs all game but other games he seems a bit reluctant to. I don't know if it was WGS holding him back in some games or what but i say take the shackles off and let him bomb up and down the wing all game. If he done this i think he would be a great player at Celtic. :50:

    I wouldnt be bothered if he went as I'm sure Caddis is a better Right Back, he had Ronaldinho in his pocket and Hinkel has got punished by a lot of average wingers in his time... I think he plunders too much at the back but is good going forward ! Caddis is a better option. Sorry guys.

    Hinkel Want To Leave

    The Daily Express and Celtic Underground are reporting that Andy
    Hinkel wants to leave Celtic as he is unsettled. Apparently his
    wife is unsettled with living in the goldfish bowl of Glasgow.

    Now while I like Andy as a player, I don't think we should stand in his way
    if he is adamant he wants to leave.

    CU twitter has Athletico Madrid enquiring about Hinkel and that he is keen to return to Spain

    I would start the bidding at 4M

    Mogga is a compassionate man and I think he will let Andy go
    for the sake of Andy and his wife's piece of mind.

    Paul Caddis would be an excellent replacement and we could keep
    what money we reap to purchase an outstanding left back

    I'd probally rather Caddis to Wilson, never really been a fan of his. Dont think he's great at going forward or defending.

    What? It doesn't say anywhere that Mowbray wants him out, it's the player himself that's unsettled.
