Yep.. and for another 2 1/2 years of this to look forward to. No wonder he barely seems to give a f*ck.

Not the vertical one. That's very hard to close given his height.

Every team in the league has sussed us out. They are happy to sit back and watch us pass the ball side to * side.

Scales is the only Celtic centre back I've ever seen get abuse for not being our main creative playmaker and not making cutting passes through their backline :giggle1: If that responsibility is somehow falling to him then we've got way bigger problems than his passing.

This is all down to BR. His style of play has caused us to regress big time. He seems to take good players and make them look worse.

Not sure what ze German offers yet, he seems quite timid.

I’m not liking this midfield trip though , I like them as individuals but not the combination. We have no one capable of dribbling or give-and-go through the middle either. I know Cal is capable but he tends to just pop the ball off these days. Hatate and that is it!

We seriously miss Jota. He’d effectively commit players on the wings, instead, we turn about and recycle. Not one winger wanting to drive across the 18-yard box to either nudge a ball through lines or take a shot.

    * dire restrictive football. Keep the ball, safe pass with the odd chip through the lines when they get clueless.

This approach to the game is * * poor. It’s like we’re trying to play a style suited to going up against Champions League teams.

4-1 I said before the match. Not a hope in *!

The football we’re playing is as exciting as the managers personality.

The footballs proper bad and there’s something that I can spot we’re doing wrong. We’re congesting too much and being sucked into their low block, the wingers need to hug the touch line and Mcgregor has to drop deeper into space. One of the cm’s or our cbs especially needs to be much braver and if the ball through the middle isn’t on clip a ball over the top into the space for the wide men. Players being too safe and not taking risks. Football is * to watch

If you’re playing like this leading up to the window, then you’re worried but there’s still hope.

Playing like this after the window means it’s already over. I can’t see where the lift is coming from.

Our two wingers don't even try to take people on anymore. Goes wide and comes straight back then side to side. Wonder if they are being told or if it's a lack of confidence or something else.
