Naylor, Zaluska and McGeady were outstanding, and overall we played ok and got 3 points, I'm happy!

I noticed at the start of the game Brown & N'Guemo were forehead to forehead shouting and psyching each other up, and also that Lenny didn't sit down and leave the touch line once, all the players seemed very willing and phsyical - I think this has been what Lennon's added to the side, a bit of fire and passion. Well done lad!

Reminded me of an away performance under WGS.. Mostly boring football , a spell or two of dominance which resulted in the goal , lots of "to me to you to me to you" posession , but the result was really all that mattered so we can be happy with the points and move onwards to our next game..

The Lennon factor already making a difference..

Boring *. Ref helped us though. 3 points in the bag. Naylor finally had half-decent game. McGeady done well, probably man of the match. We secured 2nd spot.

Didn't play well yet still won, so happy enough. To be fair, the park was abysmal and certainly not conducive to playing good football on the deck.
Fair play to Lenny too for tweaking the system, where necessary, in the second half.

Poor performance on a really poor pitch not many passmarks.but as earlier posts mentioned earlier we most probably would have dropped points under mogga as for the penalty blatant high kick on mc geady stonewaller!

the only problem i have is brining ras on for the last 10 mins , i think he's the type of player you have to play from the start or not at all

Zaluakz---8 made a couple of good stops in the first half, a good goalie.

    Hinkel----6 did his job.

O'dea-----7 couldn't deal with nish in the 1st half but managed to get to grips 2nd.

Thompson----7 solid as usual still need a couple of new CB's but one for the future defo.

Naylor-----8 solid in defence and good going forward finally back to the form he showed in his 1st season.

Mcgeady---8 linked midfield to attack with his usual bursting runs we can't lose this bhoy 9 (MOTM)

N'Guemo----7 a decent performance he just needs to learn to get more involved in these matches.

Brown----7 Like N'guemo battled awayand like n'guemo has to get more involved in attack.

Samaras----5 One of his * games hardly a contribution of note.

Fortune-----6 again didn't really turn up but battled away needs to get his head up when he's running.

Keane-----8 once again all over the place up front give the team some much lacked enthusiasum. KEEP AT ALL COSTS. (if possible lol)

rasmussen----5 not much time had a shot at goal.

Keane picked up a knock and I think he came off purely for that reason.. He was sitting with an ice pack on his leg so I'd guess the logical substitution was Rasmussen just to keep the exact same shape..
I'd like to see Rasmussen and Keane get some game time together in the remaining fixtures.. I thought Fortune started the second half really well down the right side and then faded.. Sammy did nothing for me to praise him at all today and I'd have hooked him around the 60 minute mark for Rasmussen to play alongside Keane.. Not sure if Lennon was thinking the same but the goal a few minutes later probably would have changed his thinking..

That was not a good game to watch. I guess the only plus point that I can find is that we ground out a result. It is something that previous celtic sides have managed, but was lacking under Mowbray.

In previous seasons I always had that belief right down to injury time, that Celtic would get the goal. This season that belief has been replaced by concern that they will give away the points.

Today was ugly however no points were dropped.... I do hope for much better next week though, because I barely stayed awake through that game.

I enjoyed the game, I was on the edge of my seat for most of it.

No worse than Most EPL games.
