Agreed. When we have a full squad to choose from, we're a match for any team in the land.

What we had today was the equivalent of Man United having Rooney, Giggs, Ferdinand, Rafael and Valencia missing. Of course they wouldn't play as well as they normally do.

Possibly the worst performance this season, when we have been * at home we have at least created chances but not taken them.

We had nothing from middle to front today other than poor long shots or * crosses into a packed box.

Credit to Hibs, they won the game fair and square and deserved to because the manager set up his team in the correct manner to do so.

Aye ok Tony Mowbray - yet another dire performance in the league - oh thats right we keep hearing about the size of our squad we could field 3 teams. Lennon's tactics are a joke and he cant see past his favourites and leaves a young striker like watt on the bench who has pace..but he will keep on playing "SquareBaw Brown" when he's another * reject of a player. £4m my *.

Tony Watt should have been on after about an hour

It's the players that need told that, not the fans. They can't blame the flat home crowd today.

Point is they are on course to have a far worse points total than last season, in a league without a true rival. That is not acceptable.

Also to be fair, I think Lenny has consistently put Paddy on in the dying minutes of games we are struggling in. That seems to be when Paddy plays his best and to be fair, I thought he played rather well. Watt seems to play better when he starts at the beginning of the 2nd half. Perhaps it did make more sense in hindsight to start Watt at the beginning of the second half. However, I don't think that things looked THAT dire at half time.

When was the last time he was?

McCourt is meant to be play maker (a player that makes things happen) WHEN?

I would take the 750k for him right now

Not Hiding the * performace of the whole team by blaming McCourt but dont understand why he gets a game in front of Watt or McGeoch

Sorry but that is nonsense. McCourt came on first and played brilliantly. McGeouch came on in the last three minutes and dumped the ball out.

Kayal played well but McCourt was the best of our three subs today. There's no shame in admitting it.

no the players need to up the tempo of the game and pass the ball quicker and look to be creative

possession alone doesnt win games but someone needs to tell the players this

they seem to have this belief that possession wins games dont get me wrong possession of the ball is a good habit to have but being incisive creative and tempo of passing play a part too

we look very 1 dimensional at times

Ambrose was brilliant, bar his now customary open goal miss, Paddy actually looked good when he came on, but apart from that - boring as *. Credit to Hibs they deserved the win no doubt about it.
Rogne showing he can't be arsed to fight for his Celtic future by letting Griffiths score.

Let's hope Forrest, Matthews, Stokes, Mulgrew and Ledley aren't out for too long because we really missed all of them today.

Don't know mate, Forster was should have been nowhere near there unless he was taking the ball. Would have gave away a penalty if he even tried. Both Rogne and Forster were at fault for the goal today.

Jesus * wept. Whats the point of putting on a player with pace when the opposition have every * deep behind the ball. Where is that pace going to take him exactly except into a * wall of defenders?

Give it a rest. You're only here when we're going through a bad patch or have an off day. Everyone that visits this forum regularly knows what you are, so don't try and dress it up otherwise. Not our fault your club died.

If you don't shoot you won't score. Far too many times today we're trying to walk it into the net. We really need a creative central midfielder as we go back to front far too often for my liking.

Dylan should have at least been given 10-15 mins, what the * is he meant to do in 5 minutes? And not bringing Watt on was a tad surprising. Knew within 5 minutes it was going to be a slog as we didn't start well at all then we lose a pishy goal like that, I'm a bit worried how we seem incapable of fighting back from losing positions.

All in all, a pish performance and result and yet we're still 6 clear with a game in hand so we move on .I guess it keeps the league interesting much to the annoyance of the media. :smiley-laughing002:

It sure seems that the players (and perhaps even the manager) are putting all of their hearts and souls into Europe this year - maybe even at the expense of the SPL.

The doldrums here have to end though. Not saying that we can continue on like this.

And I think we've played well in the SPL 9-10 times, not 5.
