I'd never heard he was a striker until we signed him. Remembered him playing out wide for Sheffield United and for Turkey in the Euros.

Aye I feel the same. The Aberdeen game would be a poetic time to hear the roar again. I really want to beat them to win the title even though I'm quite happy for them to lose today.

CKR needs to score more consistently, he's probaby played aroun12/15 games now and only has 2 goals, should really have 3 or 4.

I think he has decent allround ability, good in the air with the head and chest, decent touch, can beat a player and generally holds possession well but so far hasn't been involved in many goals which you need from your wide players.

True, he also played as an attacking midfielder for Galatasaray, can mind him playing in the Champions League for them and was an energetic Naismith type.

RD: "I feel fine, I feel very happy and proud. It's a tough job and especially in the circumstances of the last few weeks."

RD: "So proud of the players. You always ask me if I have the confidence & belief of the players, if I have lost dressing room.

I know that has never been the case and today showed that. They gave a fantastic performance, deserve so much credit."

RD: "We were also able to give something back to our fantastic supporters who have been behind us for the whole season."

RD: "#5inarow has not happened many times and we have to enjoy it and I'm going to enjoy it today - I can assure you of that!"

RD on celebrations: "It's important that everybody was there, the whole staff and players, everyone part of this."

RD: "The biggest challenge this club has is unity, as when you are winning and winning, everyone wants us down and to split us."

    Celtic Football Club

RD: "If you stay together - supporters, players and the rest of the club - then we are so hard to beat, and we saw that today"

RD: "The supporters were really behind us, the players fought for one another and Celtic were the best team."

RD on how he plans to celebrate: "I will take the staff out for something to eat, start with some beers and take it from there."

LG: "We knew it would be difficult coming here and we had to play well, dig in and stick together, felt we did that."

LG: "We got a goal at a crucial time and after that, I felt it was all us."

LG on late yellow card: "I asked the ref what I was booked for. He said I was overly aggressive but you can see I haven't moved."

LG: "But we move on. I'm happy to take a booking, score a goal and get the three points."

LG on title. "We know it's coming, whether today or next week but we knew we had to get three points here, most important thing."

LG: "The title is always special, regardless of who scores. Pleased for Colin as he has put in a lot of hard work behind the scenes."

LG on manager: "He has been nothing but positive even when things weren't going on our way."

LG: "We didn't play at our best but we stuck together as a team and got the result in the end. The league doesn't lie."

LG: "We haven't played at our best at times but we have dug in and got results that we needed."

LG: "Thriving at the minute. Love going out to prove people wrong, score goals, help my team get 3 points & ultimately win leagues."

Thanks for the links Crow , you do a sterling job on here . It's a bit of a pity that Celtic only get half of a wee pokey stand at Swinecastle . It means so many fans miss out on being there in person to witness another historic milestone . As a youngster , I was lucky enough to be taken by my late Dad to the games where we clinched our 7th , 8th and 9th consecutive championships . Sadly , I was working today and missed even radio coverage .
