David Templeton is a doubt for Hearts.. dead leg apparently..

Don't mind what team we start with because either way we should be able to beat them and if it's a tight game we should still have enough on the bench for later in the game..

I get the distinct feeling, just from reading between the lines, that the 4 attacking players are going to be rotated and moved.

I can actually see us sticking Stokes on the right again to accomodate Samaras playing off Hooper :54:

That would be a disaster, especially in a game of this stature. It should
always be Hooper and Stokes from now on IMO, and Samaras is best used as an impact sub, or alternatively if either Hooper or Stokes is injured, but even then we have Daryl Murphy who I feel would be better used as a target man. This business of accommodating players is a Strachan trait, and is best left at the gate. It backfired against Rangers, and it will backfire against Hearts, as Jeffries, Brown and Kyle will be all fired up for this one.It took Rangers deep into injury time to beat Hearts there, so we have been well warned about what to expect.

Really hope Sammy doesn't start, not goal an SPL goal yet and can't think of any assists off the top of my head. Hope this whole thing about changing the forward line is a clever bluff by Lenny.

I see this as a major must win game, it will be a very hard game, that a lot of new Bhoys won't be used to.

A rainy wednesday night in November, at one of the most hostile grounds Celtic face in the SPL - aided & abetted by a compliant ref.

I expect Kyle to be knocking Madge & whoever about like wet hankies, we don't have a CB who can stand up to a guy like that, he'd simply embarass Glenda, so he really must be dropped.

We really need to protect the back 4, this is where we miss Kayal & Brown, I think we should go with a 5 man midfield to protect our girly CB's.

Stokes must play as he's been to Swinecastle in more offensive colours to their hordes than the Hoops, he won't be intimidated.

    Forster

    Cha -- Madge -- Hooiveld -- Emilio

Juarez --- Ki Sung --- Ledley

    Stokes ---------------------------------- Maloney

    Hooper

Any kind of sclaffy win will do.

Agree 100%, Lenny is threatening to make several changes tonight (ref: ETimes) with the Hopper Stokes role being cast aside and he says he has no qualms in playing Loovens.
This could prove to be a disaster considering we are up against a strong mini-huns outfit.
Why of why would even think about this when we looked to now have the settled team, he thinks it will be physical and I agree with that, but I'm sure Stokes and Hooper could handle that, Loovens no chance.

    Agree100%.

Kevin Kyle would handbag Loovens. If Lennon plays Loovens then he is off his rocker in a game of such importance. It has to be Majstorovic and Hooiveld. Not exactly pleased with that but it is the best we have got with Rogne out.It just underlines the importance of getting a quality centre back in January.

Times like these, with Lennon threatening to break up a winning team make me question the manager's thinking. Hope he does the right thing. Their makeshift backline will not be able to live with Hooperman/Stokes partnership.

I read Templeton was a doubt. Don't know for sure until game time though

I see Lennon was hinting at dropping one of the strikers, I hope not as he would be off his head to do so.

I don't want him anywhere near the team either but I have a feeling that he will be back tomorrow on the flank - Lennon seems to rate him. * knows why.
