    I'm not picky.
Great win for the Bhoys today and pretty much dominated the match. Thought that van Dijk had a cracking game along with Stokes. Ambrose and Boerrigter had good games too, and Samaras was excellent when he came on just before half time. Hope it isn't serious with Matthews injury either. Good to see Pukki getting on the score sheet as well.

The bookings that Izzy and Stokes got were a complete joke. Izzy won the ball and was never even a foul and for Stokes to get booked for "taunting" the Hearts fans was pathetic. He done that two weeks ago at Utd but I don't think he got booked yet today he was?! van Dijk was taken out by one of the Hearts players late on in the 2nd half and Robinson booted whoever he wanted all match yet Gollum done *. Well, he eventually booked Robinson in the last minute for a foul on Brown, but he should have been booked him way before that.

Still, great that we got the win along with a great performance before the Milan game on Wednesday.

I'm assuming that was it, he didn't do anything else, didn't run into the crowd or anything.

Mind the * knocked us out a Cup semi cause of a handball gave against Ledley - when his arms were down by his side and the shot was going miles off target. We must be due about 5 "soft" penalties against them after that, since that was an important Cup game.

didnt really consider this at the time but stokesys header is goal bound and it hits hammels arm (it was harsh) but i can see why it was given. if he gave hearts a penalty for the incident on ambrose that would have been very harsh

Good performance overall with quite a few good individual performances. The diets clearly were up for the game as you would expect but I though apart from stangely falling asleep and not getting pressure on the ball for their goal we played well and were in complete control of the game. Very promising especially is how we handled things so well after they made it 1-1. Last season in the champions league phase of the season we would have at least dropped points if not ended up losing 2-1. But this time we just kept playing and were back in front fairly quickly and in complete control again. At the back Van Dijk continues to look a heck of a player while Ambrose is off to a good start this season. We may have fallen on a really good center back pairing there if they build on these recent performances. While Stokes was excellent man of the match for me. Plus it is always a lot of fun to stick it to the diet huns on their own patch:celt_2:
