    Che mentioned brothers and I spotted that Hagrid had a half-brother.

    Grawp is the giant half-brother of Hagrid. Grawp and Hagrid were born of the same mother, the giantess Fridwulfa. Grawp is about 16 feet (4.9 m) tall, which Hagrid claims is small for a giant. His knuckles are the size of cricket balls (~225 mm in circumference). The other giants were bullying Grawp, and this is a factor in Hagrid’s decision to bring him to the Forbidden Forest. Big and dim, he only knows a few words in English and his manners are wild and unpredictable.

    If I was blocked then Ned and Summer may still be telling the truth, that's why lynching one makes sense.

    If Summer is lynched then Ned is 100% Town. Hagrid and Minerva are good claims but not GUARANTEED to be in the game. Prominent but not essential

    No idea but the mention of brothers and the 2 of them being linked led me to thinking that they could be bothers and have a separate win condition.

    The McGonnagal claim seems like she would be in the game though, so the brother thing is likely not in play.
