    Wasn't heavily into it myself but mates were so picked up bits & pieces - Bad Brains, Discharge, Minor Threat, Descendents, Black Flag etc and loads i've forgotten the name of! A lot from the East Coast v West Coast HC Compilations if anyone remembers those. Good memories of getting smashed on cheap cider to these sorta tunes

    I listen to some of the Crossover Hardcore bands like Leeway and Biohazard but not much really. Some of the newer crossover bands are quite good too. I think the old Hardcore scene was great though. Now the * *insert genre*core bands have ruined anything with core in it. More into me Metal though :50:

    I like Black Flag and Bad Brains and will occasionally listen to Agnostic Front and what not. More into just straight up punk music from the 70's or streetpunk/oi.

    Love it, and particuarly a lot of the bands already mentioned! Im currently into these lot at the minute (Their new album is quality!!). This live performance got them banned from MTV:

    i've been into punk since it started and seen some amazing bands!
    hardcore punk exploded in 80's. i remember some of best bands this side of atlantic were discharge, extreme noise terror, sore throat, amebix...
    great times!!

    i was big into my punk when i ws younger only some hardcore but mainly into the more mainstream ones like nofx,rancid,misfits and a lot of ska punt,got my feckin tooth knocked out watching rancid at the barras in like 2003 loved ska punk aswell,less than jake goldfinger etc,remember king tuts being a haven for up and coming punk and ska bands ,this little band from england called lightyear were amazing!

    * love black flag and minor threat. Anti flag aswell although they're not hardcore punk. I love all different types of rock but my heart always leads me back to punk/punk rock/hardcore I grew up listening to older bands like anti flag,minor threat and black flag with friends at school and I fell in love with the sound,attitude and whole meaning of punk.

    four leaf clover, just cant get enough.
    Love it all! Listening to more of the old 70's, 80's Oi bands and midwest basement punk anymore but I still have plenty of love for the HC bands, just cant stand the ones that have the little harmony twinks up there with them. Still probably listen to Agnostic Front everyday.

    Converge, Comeback Kid, Champion, Sick of it All are all fantastic.

    Saw hatebreed mentioned earlier.... They're a good live band - mainly for the crowd participation, but pretty boring on CD. Saying that, I quite like Throwdown....

    Since Youtube made it's changes in the last few days it's been * everyone in this manner. Very frustrating.

    BTW - Anyone hear anything about Lard (the Jello Biafra/Ministry collaboration) possibly doing some shows in the new year?
