The Celtic Family have received a New Year message from Brendan Rodgers and Callum McGregor, with the manager and the captain wishing everyone all the very best for the year ahead.
The manager said: “Hi everyone, it’s Brendan here as we come towards the end of 2024, I just wanted to say firstly a massive thank you for the great support and commitment that you’ve given the club over the course of this season.
“It’s been a fantastic season on the field in terms of that we now hold the three trophies here at Celtic Park, and your commitment and passion, and love of Celtic has really supported us on the field.
“That’s also been very apparent off the field, because this Christmas, the Foundation raised the most amount ever in its Christmas Appeal with £412,000, and that’s a massive thank you to all the supporters and all the people involved with Celtic who have given money to that.”
The captain said: “I just want to wish you a Happy New Year and all the best for 2025. Thank you for all your amazing support throughout the last year – the players, everyone at the club really appreciates it – everyone sticking together through the good times and bad times.
“The players will continue to work ever so hard to bring success to this football club.
“We hope you have an amazing time over the festive period with your families – all the best.
The manager added: “So 2024, we will leave as a fantastic year for everyone at Celtic and we will now approach and come into 2025 with real ambition and real positivity.
“But, most importantly I think for us all, is to have that health and happiness in our lives, both within Celtic and within your families.
“So, from myself and everyone at Celtic, have a very, very happy and prosperous 2025.”

Well I'm 3 sheets to the wind and had an enjoyable night :100: Good end to a * year. lost a sister in law xmas day but I did get 2 new great great nephews and 1 Niece (all wee tims). A lot to be thankful for so onwards and upwards bhoys and ghirls. Hope you all have a great 2025 when it comes :100:
