    I dont want him, the Austrian League isnt up to much and Roman Wallner who couldny get a game for Falkirk or Hamilton is among the top scorers there every season.

    Think hed be another Rasmussen.

    Infact most of the top scorers there are failed strikers from elsewhere. Barazite 1 goal in 30 for Derby the 3rd top scorer, top scorer Bodul failed striker from Ajax, Sparta Rotterdam and Nacional 1 goal in 29 games, Maierhoffer joint top scorer, failed striker at Wolves and Bristol 1 goal in 14 games.

    Aye, but he scored double what the other top scorers usually score so you could tell he was decent. In his last 2 seasons when he scored 57 League goals the 2nd highest scorer was Hoffman who scored 32, 25 goals less than him :eek1:

    Nice piece of research:50: I wasn't sure if we need him. Now I know that I would prefer giving a chance to Keatings or Rasmussen than taking another not likely to make an impact striker on the payroll. Still, I hope that Lenny will bring us another decent striker, because only strikers I really rate in our team are Hoops and Stokes. We need one more quality striker.

    we need another striker, at first I wanted this guy but now as the window drags on and there is no other reports I dont see it happening.

    I have no doubt whatsoever that lenny has someone on his shortlist though. It could come out of the blue, just like the Jaroslaw Fojut deal..

    What has happened to all the talk of us bringing in this guy? His record looks very promising and has filled the void well for Rapid since Jelavic left. We could do a lot worse (Roberts and Fuller for example) than signing Salihi. I hope Lennon has a surprise up his sleave come the end of the window! :celt_2:

    I've been put off by all the suggestions that he's the Austrian leagues Kris Boyd. I would rather Roberts but that won't happen either.
