it is about more. But every little can go towards improvement.

Rugby League is more techincal from my understanding.

    what about boxers/fighters?

surelt they could take them in the off-season, or do they get tests then?

I honestly don't know mate. Methods of detecting drug use are forever improving too.

Oh right. Nah i've no clue too. Yeah that and intelligence improves too, example of that in what Jiko posted.

I just think almost all of them seem to be in peak shape whenever you see them. I know that doesn't necessarily mean anything out of the ordinary

read about this in chris hoys autobiography, and he says that all athletes get drug tested a few times a year, and samples are kept for a few years when technology advances so that they can look at it again and see if they missed anything. for example, at the beijing olympics, samples are kept for something like 50 years to check again in the future.

i imagine that most sports have something similar.

    I see.

I look at some athletes and sometimes I really don't think they got to their shape naturally. Though the biggest thing, is as little body as possible- as that shows definition and sorta brings yer muscles to the fore- you can see them

yeah, know what you mean. but i think everyone would be surprised with how quickly you could build muscle if you worked properly and efficiently, had plenty of sleep and followed a very strict diet.plus some people just can build muscle easier than others.

Feeling guilty, I was going to go to the gym tonight but sat and played FM instead. Posting it here to try and force myself to go tomorrow before the match.

Wouldn't traces of drugs diminished after such a period of time?

EC STACK . Anyone on or have been on this . Its a mix of ephedrine and caffeine . I have been using it for two weeks and noticed alot of weight loss and extra energy it also kills my appetitie .

Althought I did have the jitters at the start and extra moody at times.
