A lot of bodybuilers swear that Trenbolone is the best fat stripping steroid , also the best steroid for making gains , but also has some crazy side effects..
You don't see too many people on forums using ephedrine but I think it was big in the last 15 years..
Insulin is something that gets brought up from time to time but isn't something I'd even look into doing..

Ephedrine is now banned which is why I think people don't talk of it as much. still easy to get though.

    btw
cheap maximuscle products goto www.maximuscle.com the goto offers then to the 10quid section
    MRP's 20 for 10quid and EFA's also 10quid.
usually Maxi Muscle is a total con but at 50p ea. for MRPs it can't be beaten

oh yeah, it's got a short sell by date or best by date. that's why they're so cheap. still 2 months or so left on it though so plenty of time

Whats your typical diets like for a training day? what yous think of this, mine?

    Breakfast (just after 8am):
Weetabix (3) with Blueberries, in Milk
Whey Protein Shake, again, with Milk
    Multivitamin Tablet

    Lunch (1200-1300):
Pasta with a Tin of Tuna and some Olives through it

    - gym session (1330-1530(lasts one hour)) -

    Dinner (1600-1800):
varies, depends on what the family have- usually something fairly healthy, meat and veg or salad. Generally healthy. Worst thing we eat is probably chips- even theyre not too bad when theyre low far- not that theyre particularly useful though

    Supper (1900-2100) :
    Whey Protein drink, with Milk
    Peanut Butter on Brown Toast

I've never been strict with a diet.. whatever whenever is pretty much the motto for me..

Tried fitting in 6 meals a day since the beginning of the year (2 of those daily meals being ready meals) and by the 2nd week of February I was just back to doing as I please.

Even the protein shakes are once every 3 days at the moment rather than every day and protein bars intake has gone down from 2 a day to around 3 every couple of days.. My diet is made up with a decent intake of meat , usually chicken but don't mind burgers (minted lamb burgers go down a treat).. quite like doing things in a sandwich maker , must admit I prefer eating white bread so it's probably an 80/20 white bread intake over brown bread for me... White Rice maybe once every 10 days..
Lots of yoghurt , flavoured milk , quite a lot of cheese , fried egg sandwiches..

No routine for me , not much serial going down in the mornings , don't touch tea or coffee , have slipped back into taking fizzy drinks..

Too many bad things in my diet , animal products like cheese and milk but it probably matches the amount of effort I put into training and the amount of sleep I get of around 6/7 hours a night so Im not going to made radical changes although alcohol isn't something I've touched much since last year..

To be honest , I've not noticed anything to even suggest the stuff Im taking is legit.. Before christmas all I was doing was bench pressing.. I've added 15-20 kg's onto the bar from what I was doing back then but that was to be expected considering I was only lifting 50kg's anyway , and I've been doing cardio 4 times a day flat out for 5 or 6 minutes each time on a cross trainer (just working the legs without holding the handles).. I'd say my quads and thighs have shown the biggest improvement but could just be from exercising anyway.. 8 weeks in and it's dissapointing because I haven't experienced the gains that nearly everyone on good gear talks about by this time.. Could be my age at mid thirties playing a part , not puting enough into it being another factor , and possibly fake gear being the main one..

but 15-20kg increase in that space of time is impressive. I haven't managed to increase that since I started free-bar bench pressing rather than the smith machine

Hope it's skimmed or semi skimmed milk you're using.

I tend to have cereal such as muesli or porridge with chopped banana and blueberries for breakfast. Fruit juice such as orange, cranberry, apple or other.

A wholemeal pasta dish with plenty of broccoli, peppers, tomato, pineapple, spinach and other veg. Some pine nuts or quorn mince for protein. Sometimes switch to a curry. Usually have it in a big portion and always try to eat at least two hours before the workout.

With dinner I make sure I get plenty of protein again, mix it up depending on what I fancy. Being vegetarian, I use quorn/meat free products. I use a lot of garlic and usually have a small amount of dark chocolate.

Obviously I drink a lot of water. I use whey protein shakes, have one before/with lunch and one after my workout.

If I'm hungry after dinner I'll have an apple etc. I don't eat after 11pm.

    Pretty slick that Minty

Aye it's Skimmed. I've put on weight recently though. I'm bigger but I've probably put on more fat than I have of muscle- seems to be because of the old type of protein shake I used being carb-loaded.

not really.. I was sometimes doing 15 reps on 50kg's for months before I decided to buy more weight and add it to the bar.. Since taking the gear that has converted to 12 reps at 60kg and now it varies , from 10 reps at 65 kg to 5 reps at 70 kg so I wouldn't say there's any great improvement , plus I was able to do 60kg when I was aged about 15 at school.. Im just going to stick at it and see where it goes.. Planning to run the gear for 15 weeks now..

I maintain that I could get away with a smaller amount of supplements, I'm quite developed from Swimming really (my back workouts are doing nothing for me- except deadlifts). I have put on weight, it's my genes, some people can have 3 or 4 a day, I would end up a right fat * if I did

Aye eating well is easy, you just need to get plenty of veg/fruit. Enough carbs and avoid processed foods like the plague. Pot Noodles, Chippies etc.
