To be honest I don't think he is terrible. He was just a terrible fit for us or anyone with a high back line as he's really slow..

 

We barely seen him either to be fair, 6 starts and never on the park with CCV ever.

He looked a good 2 footed passer of the ball, can hardly mind him defending or doing anything else then we never seen him again.

People probably judge him on him never getting a game, rather than anything he done on the park, he's just assumed to not be capable even though he didn't really even have a bad game.

 

Fifa brought it in a few years ago mate, mainly to stop big clubs having countless players on loan.

It's now capped at 6 players at any given time, outwith homegrown u22s

Few games he played he looked poor. Almost getting caught out with the tackle on Dessers and several other mistakes sealed his fate.

Probably better than his mistakes but he was poor on the game time he got.

 

He was abysmal in that game at Ibrox, the no foul aside.

At one point in the second half he just kept giving them the ball back.

 

His passing makes Scales look like he zips the ball about like Pirlo...

 

Yeah I kind of feel like the foul made him look better because it was the focal point of the match and people forget he gave the huns chance after chance.

Aye he was * honkin that day but that is probably the abiding memory of his time here. Dilly dallying on the ball and landing flat on his face

 

Playing passy with Scales whilst teams regrouped is my abiding memory. He'll suit some teams. He doesn't work for us at all.

Good season in the Netherlands and we might even make a small profit off him.

Not a bad player, just not suited to this system.

Surely we have a CB coming in now. All good and well getting rid of duds but do we even have a fit CB for the bench?

 

Him and Nawrocki were just never given a proper chance. About £7-8M worth of CBs aswell, such a strange one. How many of our players over the years haven’t looked any thing special first few games then turned into complete main stays in the team.

Either terrible in training or were bought without Rodgers input and he’s decided he’ll not use them.

 

When they did play they were pretty guff. They weren't good enough to displace Scales, which says a lot to me.
