I think he's fine. Nowhere near as bad as some suggest.

But it's probably safe to assume the standard of the Swedish league is fairly * these days. Their league champions of 2022, BK Hacken, have played Aberdeen in qualifiers twice in the last 3 seasons and the aggregate score over 4 games is 8-8.

Does make you wonder what the difference between Rodgers and Ange is in this regard? Ange seemed to be able to get signings he wanted lined up and agreed within the club.

Maybe that dried up and was partly why he left, but you'd think Rodgers had more leverage not less.

 

Begs the question again, why has he came back? It's just the same as last time really, he's not enforcing himself any more on the board and the board are seemingly doubling down on their old ways again.

Ange may have taken no * for awhile, but for me he saw the writing on the wall and got out quickly. Don't blame him.
But still begs the question why Rodgers returned. What does he believe really changed? Or did he just think Ange had done enough to change minds, but not realised the club hadn't at all?

Afraid I don't have an answer to that one. Still not that convinced how invested Rodgers is in us this time. Got a bit better last few games but wouldn't surprise me if he only does a season.

 

Fully agree.
Don't/didn't expect an answer either, one of those rants that noone but Rodgers can answer.

I just don't get it at all.
