We should have had the goalkeeping situation sorted out a long long time ago. Really dissapointed to be honest. Not impressed with Zaluska and Cervi just isn't they type of Celtic no.1 we need.

We should have had the keeper sorted out for the first game of the season * stupid to let it get this far without being done.

    Agreed...

If there is one position that needs to be settled before any games start, it's GK. We will now travel to Sion with Zaluska in net. (Who I think will do fine, but still)

If it is only £250k then I imagine Celtic will stump up the cash.

    If they don't then :31::31::31:

Decent contact to do with Poland league thinks it could happen.

All those asking about possibility of Sandomierski's transfer from Jaga to Celtic... there is a chance for this deal to be completed soon.

Thought this was worth a bump.

From this video he looks quality!

Trying not to get my hopes up judging him on a video but its quite hard considering how many times he keeps his team in some of the games in the video.

Really hope we get this guy and by what Lenny is saying it looks likely :50:

NEIL LENNON could be forced to find a new left-back - after Emilio Izaguirre broke his leg against Aberdeen.

Celtic's Honduran ace faces up to six months out after suffering the injury in a crunching tackle from Dons ace Peter Pawlett.
Izaguirre was left writhing in pain with a snapped fibula and will need surgery this week.
That will sideline him for between four and six months. Lennon has cover in the shape of Charlie Mulgrew, who came on for Izaguirre at Pittodrie yesterday.
But the Celtic boss is considering bringing in another left-back.
Lennon said: "It's a huge blow for us to lose Emilio.
"You can always tell by a player's reaction. Emilio is not one of those players to feign injury, so the concern was immediate.
"It's a huge blow to us and a huge blow to the player.
"We've got Charlie Mulgrew as well but we might have to look for a left-back."
Anthony Stokes' late winner gave Celtic all three points at Pittodrie but Lennon admits his side must do better to maintain their winning start to the season.
He said: "We made it nervous for ourselves. We had so many good chances but our decision making in the final third was poor.
"We worked the ball great and then we tried to walk the ball into the net. It's a bad habit to have - and we've got to try to get out of it.
"We said at half-time that we needed to be patient, it maybe wasn't going to be our day and we'll take 1-0. But our play deserved better.
"I don't know how you change this thing about walking the ball into the net, because they do it every day in training too.
"I think it will come. I'm not overly concerned with it. We always felt we would score, with the players we had on the field, so it's been a good day for us.
"But I was thinking of taking Stokes off just before the goal, which just shows how much I know!"
Lennon revealed Celtic are close to agreeing a deal for £2m-rated Polish keeper Gregorz Sandomierski.
He added: "I'm not sure if it's a done deal but he's a goalkeeper we like. He's got huge potential."

    Hail,hail,...
In the Belgian newspapers : Polish media telling that there's an agreement between Celtic and his club about the transfer fee. But his manager is telling thatnothing is yet concluded as he would apparently prefer to go to Genk .... he wants to play games and he thinks this will perhaps not be the case at Celtic.
We'll have to wait and see .....
