Up there with my favourite moments, we'll do well to replace him.

 

I've lost count of the amount of times I said FFS Taylor, as he scampered about out of position leading to a goal or almost leading to a goal. I still think he'll be missed as he fit into Ange's system very, very well and Rodgers had to keep that system to an extent as it was so effective and Taylor was at his best there.

I think it's actually off the pitch where we'll miss him most. Any time I see any player videos, he seems like a very likeable character and a positive energy in the dressing room.

Greg Taylor is now a breath away from PAOK! The first transfer target of the "Two-Headed" this summer, is expected today (30/6) at noon in Thessaloniki, with the aim of finalizing his agreement for a three-year contract with the "black and white" and signing the relevant document.

After a 5.5-year stint at Celtic, where he was a consistent presence on the left wing of defense and won five Scottish championships, three Cups and three League Cups, recording 216 appearances, 9 goals and 33 assists in total, the time has come for the Scottish international (14 times) to change country and league for the first time in his career.

Taylor had an offer from PAOK in his hands for a month. However, he also had other offers. He considered all possibilities for the continuation of his career, even staying at Celtic, since the technical leadership had him in the plan after the end of his contract, but in the end he chose the “black and whites”.



If everything goes well, he successfully passes the medical exams and nothing changes until the end regarding the procedures, he will sign a three-year contract with the "Two-Headed" and will form the main duo in the left-back position, along with Rahman Baba .

According to POAK forum mods who seem to have the exact details of salaries it's a 3 year deal at 800k Euros..680k GBP per year.
He was reportedly on 16k a week here , about 750k a year.
He either really didn't fancy the KT challenge of we where offering a reduced wage on a new deal.
Salaries in Greek football are genuinely low , so I was initially surprised he went there if it was about money.
