That was his first good game of the season shows how bad he’s been I felt like he knew his role against Dundee whilst he looked puzzled in other games

Not as nonsensical as telling a current Celtic player to 'get to *' on an internet forum.

 

Needs improved on in January. Hopefully the 1st of January.

 

There will definitely be a new LB in January.

Whether it is competition for Taylor or an out and out upgrade is the biggest question.

 

If it’s not an upgrade then we might as well pack it in the now. We’ve already got a squad full of mediocrity. If we are signing someone to only compete with Taylor, then add that player to the list.

 

I think he's played well the last few weeks but we all know he doesn't suit the system Rodgers wants to play, so ultimately him playing more inverted is detrimental to the team and I think it all stifles Palma from playing the way he wants to play, which is cut inside.

Don't want rid of him and is more than deserving of his place in the squad and he can easily still play a good role within the squad and the 11 at times but we do need to improve that position in January, which I think we will do if we sign Tiago Araujo.

 

Taylor will be part of the mix regardless. He's been way off it this season, but arguably our best player in the last 2 games

I'd love it if it was a straight upgrade, but part of the issue is how much Taylor's needed to play this season.

Offloading Bernabei and getting actual cover and competition at LB, ideally with different attributes, would strengthen that position so much. Someone like that lad Beck who is at Dundee, for instance.

 

The last two games he has been good. For the majority of the season he has been pish. We need much better, and should be able to bring in much better.

Taylor should be the backup. Bringing in someone like Beck just adds to the mediocrity. It’s the starting eleven we need to improve on, we don’t need anymore squad fillers just now. We have plenty as it is.

 

Last two games we weren’t really doing much defending either as the other teams were sitting back so it’s easier for him to have a good game also. Flatters to deceive I think. He did play well I’ll give him credit but it’s the tough games we see how much he’s targeted and a weak link. Deffo need and upgrade and I’d be happy with him as back up
