    The type of guy who could and possibly should be at the club for 10 years. Not necessarily as a guaranteed starter, but as competition for that position he's ideal. Also a vocal leader in the team according to Ange.

    Think he’s more the type that holds the group together, than an outright vocal leader. He’s a funny guy, good patter and he’s the type for any foreign players to go to as he’s an open and outgoing type.

    Defensively out his depth at this level unfortunately..

    A good player for us and squad option but we're really missing a pacey, overlapping left back with power..

    Thought he was our best player alongside Scales tbh. Been playing well last few games.

    Don't a couple of crazy * on the ball, but thought played well.

    It's not his fault, we should've went out in the summer and bought a quality LB, canny understand why we didn't do it, it's so obvious that he is the weak link. Rodgers himself must see that, yet nothing was done to address the situation, it's totally bizzare.

    He should be the equivalent of Ralston, a reliable homegrown back up to play 20/30 games a year. We need better as our first choice

    Got exposed but also partly because he contributed going forwards a fair bit. Hard situation to balance and thought he struck a reasonable balance.

    He did not, he was ok going forward but beyond woeful defensively.

    They essentially attacked our left hand side the entire night, he's miles off the required level in the CL.

    They did.

    When I say reasonable balance I mean he just didn't give up on a whole part of his game and what he is expected to do because he was having a bad game/struggling.

    Hope that makes more sense.

    Better in the second half but his defensive ability is basically non existent. A better team would have punished the space he was leaving on that left hand side all night.
