Those aren't buzzwords, he has improved a lot and learned the system really well since Ange came in, if you watch our games and can't see that I don't know what to tell you. People say the same of Ralston, because it's true. Two players most of us would have sold last summer and not batted an eyelid now don't look out of place in this squad, they've both improved massively for us.

You keep coming in here and calling people fanboys and things like 'creepy' for just saying Taylor had a good game, nobody is making serious claims or talking about him like he's our next £20m player that you've insinuated in recent pages, you're the one that sticks out here like a sore thumb going over the top about him, not everybody else.

I'll always want to see homegrown talent do well in our team and he's miles better than he was last season. But I agree people get carried away with it and overlook his limitations. I think it's largely younger lads that get a bit sentimental about certain players, they're not really able to assess it objectively.

 

If what you're saying is true (and I doubt it tbh) and Taylor is being targeted by opposition managers then he must be a great player because despite being targeted so much none of the goals we've conceded have been due to an obvious mistake by him and we've not conceded any more goals down the left than we have down the right or through the middle.

 

Can't be arsed reading everything but the main reason our left gets targeted is Jota's lack of cover imo.
