Gave the ball away numerous times and we were fortunate not to be punished.

He’s also miles behind the rest of the team in terms of awareness and decision making - many a stupid pass under pressure.

Made a good tackle, though… after he gave the ball away.

5/10 at best.

 

Here he goes. Was wondering how long it would take

 

I thought he deserved credit and was one of our better performers. Was blowing in the second half and faded in the last 20-25 mins of the game.

 

Fantastic tonight, played with a confidence some of our forward players are currently lacking.

 

Maybe instead of slavering out superlatives and hurling abuse at those questioning him, people should detail the instances in which Taylor was ‘brilliant’ and ‘superb’ in the game.

Constantly out of position, constantly being caught out, and very little forward play.

 

He’s played numerous passes that if it was Hatate we’d all be creaming over it. Mental to say he’s miles behind on awareness when most of the team wouldn’t of seen the pass never mind execute it.

 

So no examples of his ‘brilliant’ and ‘excellent’ play. Just the usual drivel about how good he’s been.

He’s an extremely limited player who was once again targeted to great success in a European game.

 

The pass inside of their right back to put Haksabanovic in behind for starters.

No examples of where they “targeted him to great success” just the usual drivel from you.

 

Earlier today, someone asked what has made him so good this season as he has zero assists. Again, nobody could answer.

All I want is a few examples of his ‘superb’ and ‘excellent’ play tonight.

 

I like him. He gives 100 percent every game. I just wish he was better in an attacking sense, although he had one ball to put Maeda in that was fantastic.

Needs to be more confident going forward and he’ll be a player.

 

He's been good in the main all season to be honest..

Still want to see Bernabei get more game time though. He's my kinda full back. Explosive. Attacking. Skillful with an end product. I personally like having rapid fullbacks who overlap in Celtic side's..

His small stature wouldn't really be an issue if it were an isolated thing, the problem we have is the majority of the side aren't much bigger. Jenz and O'Riley were, I believe, our only starting outfield players tonight over 6' so there's a big disparity between our side physically and most we will meet in Europe, but that isn't just down to Taylor.

 

Played his heart out tonight, could have been a few more if it wasn't for him.

 

To be honest Lupis, I had started to type out similar I.e. we're small overall as a squad, but felt like it was turning into a mad ramble, so deleted back to the original point about Taylor.

So aye, not trying to single GT out at all, he done well mostly bar a few stray passes at the start of the second half. He's still the best LB in Europe and also has the second biggest * in Europe.

 

Targeted to great success but both the opponents goals came down the right hand side.
