    He dislocated his shoulder but I think it cracked his collarbone or something when it popped out. Was a pure random, freak accident to be honest. Been playing well today too.

    Played very well. Assured defensively and he was very good going forward. Thought he linked well with Mikey. Need them both to continue to step up over the next few weeks with Jota and Ralston both out.

    Him in that inverted full back role really helps get the best out of Callum McGregor, he works like *, keeps it ticking over and his constant runs drags players away from him. You can see why he got the new contract, think he follows Ange’s instructions to the letter.

    I like having guys like him in the squad, he’s reliable, does the basics right and you can trust him to bring what the manager wants. Guys like that are handy.

    His positioning, energy, work rate and runs in the position are quality, you couldn't want much better though he does lack the extra quality on the ball someone like Juranovic has, nicer touch, ability to beat a man, better final ball.

    I like him in the team better than the other left-backs just cause he does open things up for everyone much better. He's a smart player although average skill wise.
