Wish we could clone Ralston

 

Not good enough to be backup LB.. Priority number 1 to sign a competent LB.. Taylor tries his best but i don't know how he's anywhere near our starting 11. We must have someone with 2 legs in the academy with more to offer

 

Gave the ball to Alkmaar more than he did a Celtic player and put us under massive pressure.

There is nothing Ange can do to improve him like he has with the rest of the squad.

He gives 100% every game which will get you so far with the support but being honest no way should he be starting unless its to give your starting LB a break every now and again , the fact he still starts is totally on the people in charge and they seriously need to get the finger out and get him replaced !!
Hate blaming the boy when its obvious to us all he shouldnt be starting .

 

He was shocking tonight. Lost count at how many times he miss controlled or gave the ball away. They were getting by him loads as well. But we know whenever Taylor comes up against half decent opposition he will get slaughtered. In the EL for real we absolutely must replace him. It's the priority now for me.

 

He is * *, can’t knock his commitment to be fair but he is back up at best.

Yep can't fault his commitment gives 100%. But he was out on his feet by 70 minutes and wasn't much good before that...

Aye, definitely gave it away to their midfield too much at least 4 or 5 times. Instead of panicking and risking passes like that he should punt it down the line, only go for a pass if theres one there like Ralston has been doing on the other side.

 

Absolutely * abysmal, I don’t even think he would get a game for Kilmarnock if we sent him back.

He was our weakest link tonight. Commitment and work rate is all very well but we need a new LB or he will cost us goals.

I swear on my life about 2 minutes after posting that I stood in a big dug * for the first time in about 15 years. * the dug * cost me a good pair of trainers

 

We need a left back in pronto. Need to sell Boli and then look to move Taylor on next summer.

He's not good enough.

 

You look at Ralston and see the improvement he has made under the new manager, then you look at Taylor and although he has probably improved a bit, it's hardly took him to a higher level which suggests to me that he has hit his ceiling. He will work himself into the ground but unfortunately that shouldn't be enough to warrant a spot in our starting 11.
