    bacon, sausages, pancakes, tottie scones, scrambled eggs bread & lurpak & cup of strong sweet tea,ma granny sent me out with that in me every morning for my first 18 years.

    beans not fussed, mushrooms & tomatoes HAVE NO PLACE IN A GOOD BREAKFAST

    going to Aberystwyth this weekend anyone know a good breakfast place there?

    The different Frozen berries you can buy at Supermarkets are good value for money and health,just defrost over night what you need to add to your cereal.

    Bowl of bran flakes, fresh lemon juice squeezed and in hot water 2 Bananas & a corn on the cob.

    Sees me right every morning. Love a fry up mind you but it gives me bowl problems :giggle1:

    no man I ended up 6'2" and solid 14&1/2 stones(from playing fitba every day and rugby, volleyball for the school)
