[Cross Platform] Grand Theft Auto 5

GTA west belfast

 

Didn't something come out a while ago about it being possibly the whole of america or even many cities in america?

 

I read somewhere it was going to be a bigger map with all the cities since gta 3 rolled into one. Apparently Rockstar also said London was never going to happen again.
Who knows tho.

 

I don't know if I would enjoy a London GTA. I think it should just stay in America, or if it does go outside it go somewhere like Brazil or maybe even China and do something with the Triads.

 

Read just before V came out that GTA Online will in the coming years be adding Vice city and stuff. Havent heard much since though.

 

They'll remake/redo Vice City I think. They've done the same thing with Liberty City and certain parts of San Andreas - wouldn't be surprised if they do the same with Vice City

 

I hope that they follow through with GTA Online being one big map where you can fly to vice city and stuff

 

I think GTA in mexico city would be class. Its on the same scale as LA or New York and New Jersey and there would be a storyline filled with cartels and football.

 

They should make one where you have different cities, could have like New York, Berlin, Tokyo, Sydney, Rio De Janeiro, somewhere in Africa and that all in the one game that you just drive to on the motorway as it is only a game who cares if you drive 5 minutes to get from New York to Tokyo where all the people are then Japanese and speaking a different language as its just a game it doesnt have to be realistic.

Or base it in Europe and have like London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Moscow.

 

GTA should always be set in America. the idea of the american dream is more or less the basis for the entire series.

 

How long could they do it then but? * arent going to be interested in the same game being made all the time, the worst part of the game is it gets boring quick as your just driving about the same places.

I doubt theyre going to make a game in a wee * area of America like Idaho so they cant remake New York and LA all the time.

If the next one is not a remake of Vice City which id prefer as that was my favourite but its unplayable now cause of how much the games have developed then they should do other countries.

For me the basis of the game is driving about causing mayhem and then good wee side missions to keep you occupied in between you can do that anywhere.

 

I think they'll do a game set in Vice City next but not set in the 80's like the original.

 

Vice City would have to be in the 80's. Can't imagine driving down Vice Beach without Hall and Oates playing

 

They have been recycling New York, L.A. and Miami so the next one will be Vice City again but in present day and it will be called GTA VI since its set in the same GTA universe as GTA IV and V.

Then we will get GTA 7 which I genuinly think will be all 3 cities in one massive game although I wonder if that would see a return to intermap load screens?

What I am more curious about is if we will get a single player expansion for GTA V?

 

Think we will be limited to what consoles can do for the next two games. All depends on the lifespan of the ps4 and Xbox

Think they will be focusing on RDR next

 

Don't they have different studios developing them? Thought GTA is Rockstar North and RDR is Rockstar San Diego?

I read that the earlier GTA games that were on PS2 like San Andreas were being made available for the PS4 anyone know when this is going to happen??

 

Haven't heard anything about GTA specifically, just that the PS4 is capable of PS2 emulation. The only games confirmed so far to my knowledge is the 4 Star Wars games already out and Parappa the Rapper 2 which is out this week

Edit: 3 Star Wars games, Super Star Wars was a SNES game.
