Glasgow on a thurs nite

Heard 'Bamboo' is quite a good club, but i will tell you more after Freshers Week in September :veryhappy:

 

the cathouse isn't too bad


plus there's plenty of dance music on the top floor if you aren't into the metal scene

 

what kind of places d o you generally like going to and what age group? xx

 

must have changed massivly since i was last there... top floor WAS the metal scene n the place was stinky and sweaty lol.
aint been in years though

 

i was there last week mate, and the bottom floor is the metal scene now and the top is the dance and r'n'b scene


still got the massive mosh pit at the end, its quality

 

i assume since they've changed the music upstairs the deco has changed too?? too much red and black going on in there for dance n rnb.
am amazed at this lol.

 

Go to loads of places in GLasgow, if you just want a random night out, the Garage is pretty decent.

Karbon is class as well, abc, most places to be honest.

Seen Charlie Adam in silver once, what an ugly guy.

funniest thing was i took ma wee cousin for his first dig at the cathouse under 18's (i shouldnt have been there lol)

and they still had loads of people in the smoking area even though the age is 18 and it was under 18's night (until 9 anyway)

 

i no & between 1 catholic & 1 protestant primary school literally a stone throw away from each other they wonder why they fight like cat & dog !!

ohhh & now 2 mins from my flat the ugliest pub on the planet, hateleys. as if symons wasnt bad enough !!! i see the idiot all the time driving past mind u on sat they was fightin amongst themselves after 2 much bevvy from the orange walks, the street was closed off & a few police in riot vans tryin 2 calm it down !!!

 

yes literally a stone's throw - plenty of stones were thrown back and forward at lunch time.

yeah symons was a * horrible pub and like you say the actually managed to make it worse. me and my mate once contemplated going down one night with a tin of paint and making it Hartley's :icon_mrgreen:

 

ha u should !! wud love to see that & thro sum of that paint over the cheeky arrogant bouncers on the door also, who give abuse just for walkin past

 

wasnt 2 bad, double voddys for the same price as single's so my pew was there 4 the remainder of the nite

 

right sorted buying a can of paint with my carryout this weekend

i did once snap the antanna on the orange lodge's sataliete dish the night before an old firm game meaning they couldn't see the game

ok thats next stop on the paint tour, to put an I in middle of the sign - would be quite appropriate seen as it use to be a regular pit stop on the way home for me and my mate

 

i've actually been in hateleys. wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be to be honest. my mate has a flat pretty much across the road from it and i'd taken him into finns a couple of weeks beforehand. some of the clientelle was how can i put it? special? he was still trying to convince me it wasn't a rangers pub because its got some milan and monaco memorabelia on the walls.
