No, I thought the same. I'm not using the shoddy officiating as an excuse for our defeat, but there were far too many instances when the ref could have let the game flow a little bit, but ended up pulling players up for the tiniest little things. Didn't like him that much at all.

Boring match? You kidding?! After the first ten minutes I thought we'd certainly not end the match with either Brown or Kayal still on the pitch!

I agree, not using the officiating as an excuse, but they were crap! The commentator kept saying, " the ref mustn't have seen that else he'd not be on the pitch anymore" which sums the match up for me!

McGregor? he very rarely makes any mistakes. Celtic need a keeper in the same class, if not better- regardless of how much it costs.

Just me or has kayal been a bit behind the pace in the start of the season, thought he was poor today playing against motta and stankovic who he should be really aiming to be on a par, motta is just a dirty * but i expected kayal to do better in the first half. He improved second half but didn't do as well as i would have liked, thought ledley was the better of the pair, getting stuck in and trying to make things happen.

Think Mulgrew is looking good at CH, thought both loovens and k.wilson were pretty average, Izzy is lacking a bit of sharpness and delivery into the box was pretty dire. It looked like we were playing with 10 men at time to be honest.

Guy in showroom: I need a car that does 170 mph, if not more, regardless of how much it costs.
Salesman: We can certainly provide that sir - how much do you have to spend?
    Guy: Five hundred pounds.
    Salesman: * off.

I think we can take a lot from the game, it was very very competitive.

We knew a few things before the game:

    • Glenda should never pull on the shirt again.
    • Zaluska will never, ever be good enough.
    • Cha is suspect, I'm not convinced at all.

Samaras will take a lot of flack because he always does, regardless of performance sometimes to be honest. There was at least four players worse than him, Maloney being one of them.

    Samaras had absolute no support.

Very happy with our central midfielders, particularly Kayal. We outplayed some players that are capable of holding down spots in a world-class Inter squad.

Mulgrew is impressing me more and more, K.Wilson, Mulgrew & Maj should be our main central defenders in my opinion, Glenda definitely can't be relied upon.

Stokes and Hooper looked very lively.

I know it was a strong Inter team and a friendly but we can take a lot of negatives and positives from the match. Anyway, they got a tiny bit of revenge, Sixty Seven - In The Heat Of Lisbon.

Inter players had the cigars out in the second half, we huffed and puffed but rarely looked a threat in the last third.

    I didn't say you can't have a keeper who doesn't make mistakes
. I said you can't afford a keeper to make mistakes, let alone the amount zaluska makes .the sentances have 2 different meanings .

It's not * rocket science is it ?Disecting my sentences to take the * doesn't make you right

Nope - City are on 6 points and Inter are on 5 points. You get three points for a win as well as a point for each goal scored.
