Zaluska made one mistake and suddenly he's seen as being as bad as Samaras?, give the guy a break, if he played a bit more and got more confident he would be unreal, some have no faith what so ever man.

 

And am i the only one who think cha had a good game???????????

 

Whole game changed once we mad the subs. We dominated the 2nd half. I think we should have won that tbh, Stokes had 2 good chances, if Hooper had slid in on Stokes' cross it would have been in and Sammy should have scored a header in the first half.


Not to mention Mulgrew's free-kick brilliantly saved at the end there.

 

If only we took our chances man.

Why can't we have a goalie like theres?

 

I feel bad that all the neutrals will see is Inter 2 - Celtic 0 which really doesn't reflect the game, thought we should have scored at least 1 goal but hey it's a friendly and as long as there are no injuries i'm not too fussed. JCGE

Really thought this was a good performance, quite promising for Europa League I think.

 

We need to learn to defend like Inter they were solid with a real nasty edge!

And how accomplished was their goalkeeper. Great leveller for us there's still a big gulf between us and the very best. Inter were really solid considering they're a few weeks behind us in their preparation.

Ratifies the fact we need an snarling,nasty,experienced CB to partner Wilson and Zaluska not Celtic's no 1.

Another striker a must too.

Nope, i think he played well.

We were really good today, swap keepers and we would of won 2 or 3-0.

 

let us look at the positives.

we will not play a team any where near as strong as that inter side.

we will hopefully have a new goalie

we gave them a good game and if it was not for good keeper may well of came away with something

in EL we will not get a ref from the LOI, all due respect but that guy made spl refs looks perfect.

Charlie mulgrew, was again excellent along with kayal and joe. broony done well to as did young matthews. hooper and stokes looked dangerous.

shame that paddy didnae get a run at samuel so he could of put him on his *.

 

We gave him a chance last year and exactly the same thing happened. He looks average against * teams but as soon as he is put in front of European opposition, Utrecht never mind Inter Milan .. he is a complete bombscare. Had his fair share of chances and he's failed to take them.

Feel a bit deflated by that. We played average but couldnt score. Their keeper was absolutely outstanding. We were getting nowhere with Maloney and Sammy up front. I feel if Zaluska had done his job and it was still 1-0 and we brought on hoops and stokes, we could have won the game.

 

I thought Brown had a great game. His passing was better than usual and actually looked a threat in the final third.



We bossed the game in the second half without really hurting them though. The second half performance was pleasing, first not so much.

I'm just glad we didn't get demolished.

Your listning to Davie Provan too much Inter have been training for a couple of weeks and their League starts in 2 weeks
