GG started the February massacre and was integral.

For me, GG is built for these games. Kyogo has had a lot of opportunities and doesn't do enough in the derby imo.

Obviously, I want him to bag a few on Monday but I can't see it. I know GG hasn't scored against them either but he * bullied their backline in February. They had no idea how to handle him.

I said at the start of the season that this would be his last with us. Didn't expect him to angle a move in January though.

Would be disappointing to see him go, he was a massive player for us last season. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't think we could get someone better.

We definitely need to make sure that whoever we replace him with is better though, and is someone with similar attributes. Otherwise we're just regressing.

We still haven't replaced Tam, whose best form was considerably better than anything O'Riley has shown this season.

Tbf need to take into account the huns set up differently back then which suited GG more than Kyogo.

It might be nothing changes on Monday and GG still remains the man for the derbies but I'm backing Kyogo to do better against a Beale setup than a Van Bronkhorst one.

GG needs the first 60 minutes tomorrow to run their defence ragged then on the hour mark stick Kyogo on to exploit the holes in their defence as they tire.

I think the opposite. They'll come out hard and fast filled with * up to there knecks. The holes left will be perfect for kyogo. If they do score they'll attempt to shut up shop worse than Aberdeen. That's when GG comes in to make the space with force.

Hopefully Mooy coming into form will spur O'Riley on to up his game. Think the competition from Tam helped him last year. He's been far too complacent with no real competition for his positions until now.

People will quote the assist count but most of those assists happened early in the season (half across just two games 3 months ago)

If he goes he goes , selling a second choice striker at profit would be excellent business. Although he's a goal scorer he doesn't have the attributes to be first choice going by big Ange selection wise. Punt , profit then upgrade.

Only two I would fear losing are CCV and Jota as they would be the toughest to replace.

If he goes does Ange try bring in another physical striker to replace him or one with simmilar attributes to Kyogo? You would think the variety would be good but then he is consistently starting Kyogo even in games when a more physical presence might help.

Been watching West Brom because of Tam and they have the big American lad *, one of the Preston defenders tried to barge him off the ball the other night and literally bounced off him onto his *. Wouldn't mind having some of that as an option against them or teams like Livingston. But again Ange favours Kyogo in those games so.

Get rid he is hopeless. Can't even remember the last time he had any impact on a game.

He locked down their defenders in the run-up to our equalizer. I don't know if he's murdering people in the dressing room, but he's still needed. Or a player like him.

He’s just really poor on the ball. Did really well near the death to hold the ball up against Goldson, then he makes a * of a simple pass and could have cost us a goal.

Wouldn’t be bothered if he goes. We can do better.

Feel sorry for him, should have come on either at half time or sooner in the second half.

hard to get into the game when we are trailing.

We need to reach a resolution for his situ asap.
Have to think its affecting Ange’s willingness to use him.
A real shame as he has a lot to offer.

Did he celebrate Kyogo's goal? Didn't look like it from what I seen.

His presence alone allowed kyogo to do what kyogo does, get in space and score. Big gg took all the defenders attention allowing kyogo to stand about nice and open. Clinical finish though.

I like GG but I feel we can get someone similiar but with a bit more skill and better touch.

Did fine when he came on barring that shocker of a pass that led to us getting countered. Can't remember now but think we had to take a yellow for that.

If we can get a guy with that sort of goal prowess, physicality and just being better on the ball we'll be laughing.

His passing was atrocious when he came on, think he lost the ball every time it went near him and gave them chances to break on us.
