I do reckon that he would have got a few goals last night, given the amount of balls that flew across goal.

 

I’d still start him against the huns

 

He didn’t look interested last night in battling for anything, didn’t get his wage rise so wanting away. Would rather we could keep him and bring in a 3rd but not looking likely now.

 

Aye, maybe just rusty but 2 games he's only had shortly cameos when we could've been doing with a goal..

No the usual hour mark change that Ange used to make..

Is there anything more to it? We'll soon find out..

I'd deffo rather keep him as well and add a third striker than one in one out..

 

Every time we’ve beat the Huns he’s started or Kyogo went off. He needs to start.

 

There was a couple times where there was a loose ball and the big man just kind of jogged about, usually he’s all over defenders and loose balls like a rash.

Kyogo has been poor most of the season and GG has only started a handful of games. Can see why he’d be frustrated but he needs to show what he can do with the limited game time.

 

Even if he is leaving in January i think we cause the huns more problems with him on the park

No point in getting attached to players or Managers. If they want to leave get the most money for them and try to replace them before they bring the dressing room down.

 

Sell him and get an upgrade.. Ange clearly doesn't fancy him if he's struggling to get a game ahead of an out of form Kyogo... I like him personally but have a feeling his time is up here.

 

Has to be said I've had enough of the fans slating kyogo as though he's done nothing. I like both strikers don't understand why fans have to love one and hate the other. Get rid of GG clearly doesn't want to be here now. Showed hints of attitude problems before we signed him when he went over to Germany to see if he could get a better deal before coming to us. Sell him, wish him all the best but it's not worth the divide its causing between fans. Cho would be an instant upgrade.

 

Hate when players post * like that. Gets under my skin. Just get the * out if you're not 110% commited. Might sound harsh, but those type of players posting garbage like that is poison. It either mean that he's out or waiting for a new improved contract, but keep that * away from social media.

 

Get him punted. As his picture shows, his times up. Bye.

Do I think he could've been given more of a run/starts/minutes in general? Yep, so I can get his frustration knowing he's basically second fiddle..

Maybe reading too much in to it....but think he'll be away..

 

Really frustrating situation this. He’s a cracking player, I don’t understand what’s going wrong.

We play more than enough games for both him and Kyogo to get game time and we should have the money to pay both a fair wage.

It should either be an offer accepted or a new contract in January, so I don’t see why he would be upset. It can only be that he doesn’t want to leave but we’ve told him to go.

I don’t know. I hope it all works out. We really can’t afford this * midway through a season.

 

Playing time is probably the biggest consideration for him if he does leave, everybody fit Kyogo is first choice because his movement is just more suited to the style/system Ange wants us to play, and if we are bringing in another striker this window like Cho who is more mobile but also quite tall and strong, could see him getting even less minutes than he does now and essentially being third choice, which he'd probably feel he is too good a striker to settle for and rightly so. We'll always have a really hard time keeping three decent level strikers happy when we only play one up top, unless one of them picks up a medium to long term injury there's always going to be someone seeing very little playing time.

I've said it before I don't see us keeping more than two recognised stikers competing for the starting slot, Ange will consider Maeda the third choice backup in an emergency.

 

I'd have a blanket ban on players posting on twitter etc if it involves work.

You can get the sack for some posts if you work in most professions. Post what you want...pics of your nandos. Out Golfing. But when it comes to work and the club....stay the * off social media
