Not been to a gig in ages. the last one I went to was cancelled while I was in the venue due to a power cut. Gutted isn't the word.

I really want to go to Download this year, just not sure if I'll have the spare cash for it.

Amazing man, great line up this year!:50:

Just seen one of my favourite bands a couple of days ago in Edinburgh. Earth. It was * incredible. Easily in my top 5 gigs ever. Going to see Sleep at the Arches in May, yas:icon_mrgreen: Will probably pop down to see my mate's band at Nice N Sleazy's next week also.

Going to see James Grant next month for a solo gig at Stirling. Ex Love and Money frontman, and for me, the best singer/ songwriter/ guitarist to come out of Scotland in the last 25 years.

Tickets for his solo gig are @ £15. Amazing value.

And a massive Tim as well. :50:

That's par for the course though :icon_mrgreen:

Try being just sober enough to remember that you weren't getting to see the main event :54:

    There was almost a riot.

I've got a few gigs lined up this year. Firstly The Civil Wars at the Queens Hall Edinburgh on the 23rd of this month. Any one know where this place actually is and the best way to get there?

Going to see Keane on the 24th of May, then going to see Guns N' Roses on the 25th. Absolutely buzzing for the latter, first time seeing them and I'm a big fan of Axl's current line up.

Miles Kane at Barrowlands on Saturday, cannot wait. Never thought much of him until I saw him support Arctic Monkeys in Sheffield last year, an absolutely outstanding performer onstage. One of the few things I'd miss the Classico for.

Was at Korn the other week and Skindred last week.
Surprisingly Korn were pretty good (when they played their old stuff and none of that dubstep) and Skindred as per usual were amazing.

Going to see Combichrist in June at the Arches. Can't wait. Some cheesy goth techno

Lostprophets were great last night. Modestep, the support band, were pretty crap though

Ive been to a fair few gigs and apart from the bigger ones, I'd be lucky if I've seen a handful of decent support acts. Unless I know it's someone worth while I just don't bother going in until I know the support acts will be finished.

Went to see Snow Patrol in February, has to be one of the best live vocalists I've heard just because he sounds almost exactly like he does on their albums. Hate when you go to a gig and the band/artist actually sound quite * live.
