I don't go to Celtics training but tried to offer my opinion on why we are currently failing. When watching the games my interpretation is that what is missing is tactics/motivation. I never used to give up on a game until the final whistle... i don't have the same confidence anymore and I feel that is down to motivation.

I have not forgotten what Mowbray done in the English first division but ask if you remember his successes in the EPL (the same EPL which a lot of people feel we should be able to compete in).

My point regarding the Ferguson comparisions was based on the fact I do not see the same managerial qualities in Mowbray. I used the example of substitutions but could have highlighted the criticisms of his players etc.

 

I'm done with this thread i'll say my piece when he is eventually gone.
