I like Dortmund but find it funny how their fans already said goodbye to Hoffenheim before the game with that display, and then they end up losing :smiley-laughing002:

I actually don't like Hoffenheim, correct decision however with the offside, lots of drama.

I'd have rather wanted Augsburg and Furth down automatically with Hoffenheim in the relegation. Poor Dusseldorf, did really well this season up until the final few weeks.

Also I wanted Freiburg or Frankfurt to get the CL spot, would have been something different.

Media in Germany saying favourites for the job are Bernd Schuster (*), Stefan Effenberg, Lothar Matthaus and Torsten Lieberknecht (Braunschweig manager who got them promoted into the Bundesliga this season).

However it really could end up being anyone :smiley-laughing002:

Austrian media quote Bremen officials saying Peter Stöger (manager of Austria Vienna) is a candidate.

Aren't they close to winning the league in Austria this year? Don't think he'd be a good choice for Bremen though.

Yes, won the Austrian league tonight. But I don’t support them, so I don’t care.
I cannot say if Stöger would be a good choice, he doesn’t have any experience outside Austria. But he would be better than Matthäus, that’s for sure!

Mönchengladbach - Borussia Mönchengladbach have extended the contract of attacking midfielder Patrick Herrmann until 30 June 2016.The 22-year-old, who was called up to Joachim Löw’s last Germany squad, has scored six times and provided four assists this season after being moved into a more advanced role by coach Lucien Favre.

Bremen - Werder Bremen have agreed terms with Nils Petersen and FC Bayern Munich on a four-year contract for the striker, valid through to June 2017 fee of €4m
Petersen, 24, has been on loan at Bremen for the past season, which saw him appear in all 35 of the club's competitive fixtures and finish as their joint top scorer in the league on eleven goals, alongside Aaron Hunt.

According to kicker, Robin Dutt will be Thomas Schaaf's successor at Werder Bremen. Vacancy for the sporting director at DFB now.

He'd be a very good choice for Bremen imo, young age for a manager too.

Bremen have a lot of potential, some really talented attackers. Without De Bruyne now obviously but there are still good players in there.
