The right decision today. Stokes and Hooper give more goals and assists which is what we need. Samaras has hit a vain of form but he us too inconsistent.

Aye, was just thinking about that there. Forrest hasn`t looked himself in the last few games. Still doing a lot of great work defensively but not so good going forward. I would maybe rotate Forrest, Commons and Sammy for the next few weeks. I think a fully fit, on form Commons would be my choice out of the three

    * brilliant Samaras. He must be on about 10 assists now.

He must be, he's been brilliant on the left. As me, yourself and a few others have said all along :56: :50:

Samaras is the best player in the world at chesting the ball down.

Talented player, yes ... but I'll NEVER understand the fan-boy love for Samaras.

    He's a STRIKER, no?

He's here to SCORE ... but, he's kept in.

Tony Stokes doesn't score, or has a game where he's not 100%, he's benched ... for who?

    Samaras.

    I don't get it.

I really want Sammy gone this Summer.

    Good assist.

    Wasn't his best game otherwise.

Much better starting on the left rather than playing him in a position that he doesn't like and breaking up our most potent strike force in the process.

    What I would say too.

Was a frustrating game from him, good lay off to Hooper but other than that he never done anything and had 4/5 moments that people got on his back when he took too long on the ball or seemed to be sleeping.

He got kicked off the park at times as well. Motherwell couldn't handle him.

    His passing was also excellent.

I thought Samaras had another good game today, he caused Motherwell problems and managed to gain another assist. He made the wrong decision a couple of times but overall, it's another good game and his consistency continues. I prefer him on the left though.

There was a moment in the Dunfermline game where Sammy was put through on goal and took too many touches, fell to the floor, somehow scrambled the ball from underneath him and drove to the byline and cut it back for Hooper to nearly score.

That sums up his game perfectly for me. Loveably bad at decision making but gives 100%.

He simply doesn't care, he is lazy and only plays when Lennon puts him under pressure, punt him in the summer.

    :56:Very good

Had a good game not his best , but once again vital for the 3points with his assist .

Once again proved that his best position is left winger

Samaras has bags of ability but I just feel that he is very lazy at times.

Samaras contributed well in a team effort, Hooper was well off the pace but again showed why he should be on the field week in week out.

As for Samaras doing nothing but laying the ball off for Hooper; then I`m afraid some people need to watch more football.

Sammy was brilliant again today, and he is an integral part of the team. He can play upfront and on the left, so versatility is the name of his game. Nice assist today with his chest enabled Gary Hooper to score the decisive goal.
