What I'm seeing in this story is,he hires a car while he's here before he picks it up it gets a service,puncture repair,new tyres....who knows but some work done on it,young apprentice just back from lunch,teabreak whatever looks at it on ramp n goes thats that one finished n lets it down n puts it outside,Boateng comes along n picks it up drives away n lo and behold that wee apprentice has forgotten to tighten the wheel/wheels,unfortunately picks a garage to go into to get it looked at n some mechanic from the great unwashed sees a great opportunity n phones some cheap low rent reporter who then inflates the whole scenario!!!

i think this whole story is BS anybody in his position of being a famous sportsman would have to report an incident to police with regards to tampering of his car, then a REAL journalist would then dig up some correct info to put into print not some * from a garage sounding off!!! but im glad he aint signing

Nobody has to report it to police whether you think they should or not.

 

I seriously think this is a load of bollocks. Lennoxtown has security & CCTV so they couldn't have been loosened there. His hire car will have had a loose wheel & he had to take it to the garage & he was angry that it could have caused an accident.
The only supposed quote from him was that he could have been in an accident with his family in the car. The rest is quotes from a unnamed mechanic saying what Boateng told him. He wont be signing for Celtic & he had ice cubes thrown at him in the Hilton....what a load of *. How often do you see scumbags in the Hilton?

Also if his car had been "sabotaged" then anyone in their right mind would have informed the police. And if this was true it would have been all over the news.
