I think Gary Neville is going to be a good pundit on Sky Sports. You can see that he's still a bit nervous doing what he's doing but once he gets past that I think he's going to be pretty good.

He's certainly giving Man City plenty praise tonight so hopefully that's a sign he's not going to be biased in his analysis.

Yeah he's stuttering a little bit and leaves awkward silences at times but I suppose you expect that.

He's always been a straight-talker and, whether you like him or not, he seems to talk a good game and will be a good pundit.

Good choice, I reckon. Talks a great deal of sense and has an interesting insight

It's kinda funny seeing a guy who's played football in front of 70,000 fans for all those years looking as nervous as Neville looked tonight. It just goes to show that we all get nervous when starting a new job or being put in a new situation. It shows a human side to the guy which is good.

It's kinda different on MNF cos you gotta stand up and mess around with that massive screen. And it involves a lot more talking and analysis.

I've liked what I've seen so far though.

I actually think Neville is a quality pundit. Far better than the usual * who offer their "expert" analysis on Sky Sports. Just because he was a hateful * on the pitch doesn't mean he is off the pitch

I was dreading seeing Neville on sky sports what with leaning towards Liverpool when it comes to English football, but he is actually a great pundit.

Very good analysis - the key for me is that he actually knows the modern game as opposed to some of the older pundits.

As much as I hate him. He wasn't bad. Much better than that goat tampering masonic * Andy Gray.

Looks a pundit fair play to him though he'd be biased myself
