    Yep.

That's the difference for me. If Forrest has a poor game and gets slagged in his thread, you get a few people saying 'GMS was just as bad and nobody singles him out'. Well, that's probably because he at least gave 100% and worked his * off helping out the defence whenever he could.

Forrest just stays out on the right and doesn't move until the ball comes to him.

I thought that, then Johansen scored from the layoff. I decided after that I know * all about football and let them get on with it :smiley-laughing002:

Not as effective on the left. We desperately need another winger so GMS can stay on the right

I always thought mackay-steven was a natural left wing?

Due a performance but if the ground it dried out and bumpy then it wont really suit his style of running and dribbling.

He's been poor thus far, but could always improve second half I guess. Looks a tad out of his depth.

Not played well but it is difficult as there is not much in front of him. Ciftci isn't quick enough to run in behind or take a defender away.

Not getting much support from the full back or striker. Marked out the game at the moment

Tried his bollocks off tonight but that pitch just wasn't or him.

Tried hard, lost the ball too much. Marked out of the game.

Nothing really happened for him going forward. At least he worked hard and gave Lustig a hand defensively.

Was thinking the same. He seems to try a bit too hard and it just doesn't come off for him.
He looked a better player at Utd.

He had a great first half. It wasn't happening for him but he worked his * * off rectifying the situation.

Dreadful park, referee giving him absolutely nothing and 40 degree heat.

I think we can safely let him off not producing much offensively.
