Gary Mackay-Steven scored again tonight that will be 3 in 3 on his return from injury.

Both are good players, GMS is better, but I wouldn't break the bank to sign them 3 Million for steven, 2 million for russell

tbh i think that's quite reasonable.

i'd love to have GMS. injuries are the only question for me. i think he'd flourish in this team.

Russell would be a great addition too. think he'd have the same impact as Stokes did. not the same style or type of player, just that he'd make the transition quite well.

I've said it before but I'd definitely take GMS at the right price.

I'm genuinely amazed that people would be 'happy' for Celtic to spend somewhere in the region of £5 million for these players. Would they get in the team? Would they get on the bench? Who would they displace?

Would love it if we signed both, think we would have to sell someone first though

Imagine if a Premiership player had done that, we'd never hear the end of it.
I'd love us to sign these two, but I don't think they're a priority, particularly now we've got Rogic who hopefully can be the creative spark we've not had this season to unlock defences. I reckon £2m each, anything more and we move on.

It's no secret that Utd are in some financial difficulty and personally I don't think they'd be trying to hold out for millions for both.
I'd chance it at starting at £3million for both. Then push it to 4. They really aren't in a position to knock it back as they're making severe cuts to management and playing staff

It'd be nice to have another great Scottish winger at the club.

Where are folk getting these ridiculous valuations? They sold Goodwillie down South for £2 million and he had a few people after him and was also capped for Scotland.

Neither would cost that much, especially as it is public knowledge they are broke.

Am with Hammer....5 million?! * that - they are skinto, and the combined cost would come nowhere near 5 million.

    GMS - £1.5m.
    Russell - £1.5m.

Seems fair to me. I don't think they would accept anything less than that for either player.
