Jesus * some people are never happy !!! For a player to come in and hit the ground running like he has is outstanding and EVERY player misses their fair share of chances just look at torres . The thing is when the ball is in the box he is usually not far from it and gets into the positions to miss so i am not one bit worried as he will score far more than he misses

    re the o.p

I think people are lenient as he has put the ball in the net at some rate, that and scored a couple of last minute goals. A striker gets more praise then most other positions in the team and to be fair, he's been good

re the thread that was closed about shoulder barging-

It's easy to barge someone bigger than you off balance when theyre running

I wouldn't say he's well-built at all, which makes every time he beats a defender all the more pleasing to watch

he's shorter but there is clearly muscle to his frame. Just compare his build to Skippy's.

Skippy wasn't/isn't muscley. Aye he has muscle but I wouldn't say he was well-built

It isnt all about how strong you are. Its also about how you use your bodystrength. Hooper isnt the biggest and strongest striker, but clearly he very clever in duels.

how can you compare when theyre wearing the jerseys?
Hooper is taller than McDonald. I am not saying he has no muscle, or that he isn't athletic or whatever, but I don't think he is well-built as that to me implies a more of muscle-mass than an athletic frame

Brilliant end to that game.^We're lucky to have Stokes and Hooper in our team if they're both capable of goals like this when it matters, another reason as to why Paddy should be at Celtic in the video too.

He has an energy about him that Stokes doesn't have. Stokes seems a more laid back character, where as Hooper seems really hyper on the pitch. Hooper always looks happy, when he scores he is delirious but Stokes likes a moan and looks just a bit happy to have scored again when he does. :celt_2:
