Talking to a Sheffield Wednesday fan, apparently he's not properly fit and a bit overweight.

    Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Should have stayed but was blinded by the EPL lights and delusions of grandeur.

Found the big dollar signs at Norwich on 30k a week and got lazy, happens to a lot of players.

He thought it would increase his chances of playing for
his national team as well, not just about the money possibly.

Very few players that have left Celtic have gone on to have a better career. Another that won't be added to that list...

Out of all the teams he could have joined though he joined Norwich.

Starting to hit form again after mostly being used as a sub up to a couple of weeks ago. Has 4 goals and 2 assists in his last 5 games.

Originally despised by the Wednesday fans because of the money he is on and the fact he apparently wanted an executive box for his family-hence the deal feel through last year.
Now he is banging in the goals again and with big Loovens at the back, I think they will get into the play offs and be the dark horse for promotion this year....You heard it hear first.....

And knocked back bigger money at QPR, the only two clubs that had bids accepted.

Not coming back. Lawwells wee pet over at CQN has put out a cover story about his 32k a week wage demands and how we cant afford them.

    1. We can.
    2. That is his current wage. He might sign for less.

Looked pretty good for Wednesday last night (had them on the coupon) Still don't believe that he left us as he wouldn't get a call up for England - months after Forster got a call up for England when here.

Hull City had a bid accepted as well. He wanted the Premier League which neither QPR or Hull could offer at that time.

Which shows it wasn't only about money.

I can't remember Hull even being linked never mind a bid accepted.

5th most prolific scorer in the Championship this season, averaging a goal every 146 minutes, best is Zamora with 123 minutes. Last season he was 4th most prolific averaging 121 minutes per goal and the last time before that he played in the Championship in 09/10 season he was 4th most prolific with a goal every 144 minutes.

Good going to be a very steady goalscorer, always among the top 5 at 3 different spells for 3 different clubs.
