If we sign him who would be more likely to feature against Braga, him or James

Well him as Fortune could be injured and we might need him more than we need James although i dont think James is gona sign that soon, i dont think he has had talks at all yet by the looks of it

well a player that scores a lot of goals in a league similar to the spl for a rubbish club is like a falkirk player coming 3rd in the spl goalscoring charts. so logically, when surrounded by players a lot better than who he was playing with at scunthorpe he could score even more goals. hooper for top scorer is worth a bet i think.

I class the SPL like so:

    Top 2: Premier league quality
    Next 4: Mid-championship.
then the rest lower CCC to Lge 1.

Though this sin't always going to be correct because of various differing points totals and variables. But roughly this is what i think

i think they were in the championship, ok spl is better but not by much

boyd and mcdonald (2 top scorers in the past few years) went to the championship, they didnt think the spl was better. plus, put every spl team bar celtic and the huns in the chapionship and they would really struggle.

Are you blind - the majority of the teams in the SPL would struggle in the championship ! They just arent good enough.

I reckon this could be a good signing. A goalscorer as Rasmussen, just better on the ball. Or a more mobil striker as Fortuné just with a goalscoring touch.

Still young, but so young that he is totally unexperied. He have proved himself as a goalscorer for the Irons over two seasons, but have still yet to peak.

He could make my hurting from McDonald leaving stop.

Thats true! Can only pass on the rumour no way of verifying them for anyone except those involved and Celtic alway keep things under wraps. The only thing is The Sun etc are in the rumour business and sniff out any stories they can so they will have some substance although not 100% all of the time I'm sure.

The papers can't be sure. They print what a source tells them.

Lennons says he expects Hooper to be done in time to play v Braga , Kayal." is close but will take longer time , i would expect that to be due to a work permit and visa ,

only the old firm would survive down there even the shitie teams have bigger crowds than hearts and hibs.how many players have moved from the old firm for fees over £5m never mind the rest of the spl, where as a few have left the championship for crazy fees and went on to be good players.i could be wrong but i am sure players like milner, lescott and bent moved from championship
